Hello,

I am unable to delete my account because of a past due invoice, but I no longer wish to use Railway. I would appreciate it if you could cancel my subscription and delete my account without requiring payment, as I do not intend to use the service further.

Thank you.

You’ll need to clear any outstanding invoices before we can cancel your subscription and delete your account. Once your balance is settled, you’ll be able to delete your account from your Account Page.

Hi, thanks for the clarification.

I wasn’t aware that the billing was charged in advance — I originally thought it worked as a standard monthly subscription after payment. Because of this misunderstanding, I don’t have plans to settle the outstanding balance.

Given this situation, is it still possible to proceed with deleting my account and removing my payment information? Please advise on the next steps.

Thank you.

I've cancelled your subscription on our end, so you should be good to proceed with the deletion now.
