Hello,
I noticed a duplicate charge in my subscription billing.
Normally, I pay $5 on the 28th of each month.
On August 28, my payment was processed on September 1.
However, Railway generated another invoice on September 1 that stayed pending.
On September 28, I was charged again for that September 1 invoice, meaning I paid two times for the same period.
Attached you will find:
Screenshots of my Railway invoices (Aug 28, Sep 1, Sep 28).
My UBA bank statement showing the duplicate charges.
Could you please review this and issue a refund for the duplicate payment (the extra $5), or credit it toward my next month’s subscription?

Hello Railway Support,
I am contacting you regarding a billing issue with my subscription.
Normally, I pay $5 on the 28th of each month.
Here is the detailed timeline of what happened:
On August 28, 2025, an invoice was generated.
On September 1, 2025, I paid this invoice (so it covered the August cycle).
However, Railway also generated another invoice on September 1, 2025 that remained pending.
On September 30, 2025, when I paid for my September cycle, that payment was applied to the pending invoice from September 1 (which was actually a duplicate of the August cycle).
As a result, I ended up paying twice for the same billing period (August/September).
I attempted to request a refund through the FAQ tool, but it only allows me to request a refund for the September 30 transaction — and warns that my subscription and projects would be canceled. I do not want to cancel my subscription, because I still use Railway for my projects.
What I kindly request is simply:
A refund of the extra $5 charged (duplicate),
OR
To have this extra payment credited toward my next billing cycle, without canceling my current subscription.
I have attached screenshots of my Railway invoices and my UBA bank statement as proof.
