I was previously on the $20 Pro plan, but my project went into debt.

Right now I have a $6.62 outstanding balance.

I would like to pay off my balance and downgrade to the $5 Hobby plan.

However, when I try to make the payment, Railway only allows a $20 minimum payment.

Please help me switch to the $5 Hobby plan — I only want to pay my $6.62 debt plus $5 for the Hobby plan (total around $11.62), not $20.
