Rolling back DB on Hobby plan I'm willing to Upgrade to Pro

Accidentally wiped out most data from my DB, and now I wanted to recover a backup but it's not possible in hobby plan. If I upgrade to Pro Plan, would I be able to recover what I had when I was still in Hobby plan?

Hello,

Unfortunately, upgrading to Pro won't help, you would have needed to already been on Pro with a backup schedule enabled prior to wiping your data.

Since that isn't the case, the data would be gone.
