I can't establish a connection to the PostgreSQL database via a public URL in Python. The following message appears:
connection to server at "example.example.example.net" (example), port example failed: server closed the connection unexpectedly
This probably means the server terminated abnormally
before or while processing the request.
The error began shortly after GitHub outages that occurred today.
