SSL not working on custom domain and keeps showing "Validating domain ownership"

The DNS is working and pointing to the application, but SSL is not. Also In domais it keeps showing "Validating domain ownership"

Can you use a DNS lookup tool like Zoho Tools, putting in a domain name to see if they've propagated? What provider are you using for your DNS?
