I'm having the same issue. In fact, to be more specific - it's stuck at "Deployment in progress: Taking a snapshot of the code..."

Now a new deploy worked. The old timed out too (so I'm guessing a temporary issue on the Railway side):

Deployment failed during the initialization process

Initialization › Snapshot code

Repository snapshot operation timed out. This may be due to a large repository size or network issues. Please try again in a few minutes.

Yep it's indeed a network hiccup. Sorry about that!
