Added custom domain and point CNAME in my DNS provider.
Couple hours message "issuing tls certificate" appear at control panel.

What is your domain provider? Does your website has a valid certificate even with that message appearing?

Domain provider Cloudflare.
CNAME linked to root domain with DNS only mode.
Some certificate i'm see appear on website, but it's recognized as invalid

If the browser tells the certificate is valid then you're good, you also mentioned it was a custom domain but the certificate shows you're using a *.up.railway.app domain
