I'm stuck on Issuing TLS certificate for the last week or so for two of my stages, I've removed and re-added multiple times on the Route53 side as well as the Railway side and it still gets stuck

Still failing. Tried to add and re-add the dns but the certificate still fails to issue. Is there a way to deal with this manually or see errors?
