I updated an environment variable and deployed the change. Now my app is stuck "Applying 1 change". I tried redeploying and restarting, but the "Applying 1 change" message remains. I checked status.railway.com and there are no issues right now so how can i get this fixed????

Hmmm that's not ideal.
Are you able to make a few changes and try again now? Would like to investigate it during a hang.
