Singapore is the best region for INDIAN users, as it's the closest to INDIA from the provided 4 deployable regions. So, it its for the native customers, SE Asia (Singapore) is the best region to opt for.
If that helps you, do mark it as the solution

Team Railway, why don't you add Mumbai AWS as a region option? This will greatly benefit lots of users in India. Also, India has data laws which prevent serious users to use railway if servers are not geo-located in India.

Hello,
We don't operate on AWS - we use our own infrastructure and data centers, which makes adding new regions a significant undertaking for us.
We'd need to see more demand than the current feedback thread has received before we could consider expanding to new regions like Mumbai.
Best regards,
Brody
