I'm following the support process that was instructed:
Deleted the S3 bucket ✅
Now I need to transfer the project ❌ BLOCKED
Error: "Exclude the S3 bucket before transferring"
Problem: The bucket has already been deleted, but the system continues to block the transfer
Project: 1d9198b0-e23d-43b0-857b-61d0c31fcd4d
Services: cfe-compras-app + database Postgres
Urgency: Risk of downtime
I need you to unblock the transfer or force it manually.

The bucket deletion starts a roughly two-day retention window before the bucket is permanently removed, and the transfer gate checks for the bucket's existence, not just whether you initiated deletion. Your buckets are scheduled for permanent removal around Aug 19, 2026 at 02:14 UTC, and the transfer will unblock once that window passes. This retention period cannot be shortened or bypassed, so the transfer will work once the buckets are fully gone.
