Trial expired after just registering

I have just registered, but after registering i just went for selecting hobby plan. where I was charges 1$ and even after this I was shown a error stating that pay your latest invoice. How can I get an invoice if I have just registered?

Hi there, it looks like you upgraded your account to Hobby, so you are no longer on our trial are rather on the Hobby plan
