I am struggling to find the repository on my personal GitHub account even though the railway app is installed on my GitHub but still I don't see the repository, I have tried every thing re connecting again, changing browser but nothing worked.

From the modal on your screenshot, please click "Configure GitHub App", and in the GitHub window that pops up, verify that "Repository Access" is set to "All Repositories".
Is that the case?
