I'm experiencing unexpectedly high usage charges on Railway, despite not actively using the service for the full usage cycle. According to my dashboard:

• Current cost (not actively using the service): $0.5451
• Estimated monthly cost: $13.98

This seems unusually high given my limited or minimal usage recently. I'm trying to understand what could be contributing to these charges. Could you please help explain what's causing the estimated cost to be so high, and whether there's anything I can do to reduce or optimize my usage?
