Upgrade completed, but still seeing “Deployments are going slower than expected”

I’m trying to create a new project to deploy N8N by clicking “New”, but I keep getting redirected to a screen that says “Deployments are going slower than expected” with a “Go to account billing” button.

However, I already upgraded my plan as suggested by Railway.

I’ve confirmed that the payment was successfully processed (screenshot attached). Despite that, I’m still unable to create any project or proceed with deployments.

Please help me unlock the platform usage as soon as possible.

Hello,

Deployments for Hobby and below have been re-enabled and we are seeing all deploys succeed.
