I just upgraded my plan to Pro, hoping that I could download a backup of my app’s database. Unfortunately, there is no way to do this!
I need your advice

Hey ajabnoor,
Railway's backups are ZFS snapshots, which wouldn't be very useful as a download. For a binary log that represents a point in time backup, we advise you use mysqldump and save the resultant archive on an S3 compatible object storage solution.
