Upgraded to pro but still stuck with 5gb volume storage

Hi, I've upgraded to pro as I need about 7gb volume storage... bit annoying to have to fork out 4x more for a tiny bit more required storgae..
Anyways, I am not seeing the volume storage limit increase in my postgresql db since upgrading. Still stuck at 5gb.
