My PostgreSQL service is running but my backend cannot connect to it via internal networking.
ISSUE:
- Backend gets "Network is unreachable" when trying to connect to postgres.railway.internal:5432
- PostgreSQL service is healthy and running
- Both services are in the same project
- Internal networking appears to be broken
ERROR:
nc: connect to postgres.railway.internal (fd12:7b46:f074:0:1000:1a:75a5:9dc2) port 5432 (tcp) failed: Network is unreachable
IMPACT:
- Production backend service is down
- Cannot connect to database
- Service healthcheck failing
REQUEST:
Please investigate and restore internal networking between my services. This appears to be a platform-level issue.
Priority: CRITICAL - Production service down
