i want to sign up for the hobby plan and I enter my card details and address and I have to choose a tax region - I choose GB VAT and then I think it expects some kind of number - It's called the Tax ID - what is this? I don't know what that is and it wont let me complete the subscription without it

If you're using Railway for personal use, please add your billing address to ensure the correct sales tax amount is assessed. A tax ID is not needed when using Railway for personal use. You should be able to leave the field blank.

Hi Veeti,
The Subscribe to Hobby Plan button is enabled once you've entered valid credit card details. The Tax ID field is optional.
