Hello, which payment plan allows me to deploy complete GitHub projects?

Right from the free trial to the pro plan, every plan allows the user to push/host GitHub projects in Railway. The only constraint is the "CPU, memory limits" for the plans (apart from the token generation, which may be used to access the public API). Steps you could follow:
a. Right-click on the canvas provided on the Railway dashboard
b. Click on GitHub repo (this will make you link the GitHub account with Railway, if not already done)
c. Select the desired repository that you want to import
d. Once done, it would show up in the UI
e. Set the variables & others tuff via the settings tab.
f. To make the server/app accessible via an endpoint, head over to SETTINGS (for the newly added service, not your account/
workspace settings) -> Networking -> Public -> Generate Endpoint (make sure to use the correct port used in your server)
That's it, you can see other stuff via the documentation: https://docs.railway.com/guides/github-autodeploys#configure-the-github-branch-for-deployment-triggers
There are a ton of other examples in the docs. You would get it once you use it.
This is the actual resouces provided in the trail plan, and thus provides the best things to start with Railway, and once you are sure to use it for the project, purchase their paid plans. Railway Pricing and Plans
I hope I have answered your query! If so, then mark this as the solution
