Workspace disappeared but project still running

Hi Railway team,

My deployed project is still running at:

https://padron-api-production.up.railway.app

However, after clearing my browser cache, my Railway dashboard only shows a “Trial Workspace”.

My previous workspace with the Hobby plan and my project no longer appears.

Here are my details:

- GitHub username: [tu usuario exacto de GitHub]

- Email associated with Railway: [tu correo]

- Project name: padron-api

- URL still active: https://padron-api-production.up.railway.app

Could you please re-link my old workspace to my account or restore access?

I don't understand. All I did was clear the cache on my PC, and then my deployments stopped appearing. I only see this message saying I don't have any plans, even though I have the Hobby plan.

Also, I don't know why you're telling me I'm on the wrong Railway, but it's my GitHub account. I can even test my private API repository, and I don't know what's going on.

The old Railway account must have not been this GitHub account.

You need access to the account you originally signed in on to access the projects created with that account.

The issue is that I only know I accessed it through GitHub.

Can someone from Railway tell me, even just which email I used, because it's not actually accessing my GitHub account and is showing this account that says "free" when I actually have a plan?

You don't have to give me the exact email address, but anything that gives me a clue as to which one I used?

If you want, you can write to me at the email address provided, and I can answer everything you need to know to get my account back.
