I did an account a moment ago with a mySQL database, I canceled it thinking I could redeploy later and saw I couldn't. Now I'm trying to do another and I can't. My friend tried creating another one in his new account and it says, "team not found" and after going to the dashboard it does not allow to do anything without paying. is there any way to solve this? (either in my account or my friend's account)

My friend's github account is not new, the thing is we went to the dashboard because the creation of the project got stuck and now we can't do anything with his new account. Is there any way to create the trial project?
