I’ve added the CNAME record on GoDaddy using “www” as the name instead of “@”, because GoDaddy doesn’t allow CNAME at the root.
I contacted GoDaddy support, and they told me that the CNAME record must use “www” because they don’t allow CNAME at the root (@).
However, Railway provides me with a CNAME record using “@” as the name. I tried adding it using “www” as instructed by GoDaddy, but it still doesn’t connect.
It’s been a while and the domain hasn’t linked yet. Can you please help me resolve this or provide an

I would just like to note that if you do want to use @, which I highly recommend, you should route your traffic through Cloudflare. Doing this is completely free, and it also adds tons of caching an DDOS protection.
If you want to stay with Godaddy DNS, can you provide information on what you see as "not connecting"? Does the Railway UI say it's not connected? Does the link go anywhere?
