Was able to load in mine just fine.

It goes back and forth throughout the day.

It seems to be worse on Safari?

Thats a bit odd hmm. I've heard some people see things load better on chrome but part of the time its related to internet connectivity issues.
For this, are you able to clear your browser cache on safari and see if things load any faster?

It looks very inconsistent. I've been looking at web inspect, and it's all over the place. Sometimes the "Join the team" ASCII art doesn't even show up.

If I sit there with cache disabled in web inspector and hit refresh it works like 20% of loads.

Hmmm that is very very strange. Do you have any extensions/firewall rules that might be causing delay? A bit hard to debug as all looks well on my end which is unfortunate.
