Hi team — I received the “Projects paused due to unpaid invoice” email this morning at 7:01 AM and paid shortly after. When I redeployed my project, all my Postgres and Redis data were gone. The old containers are now marked as “REMOVED,” but I never got a deletion or purge warning.
Project was paused, not deleted, so I assumed recovery was still possible.
This is a critical project and the data loss was unexpected and unintentional. Is there any chance the previous container state or data can be restored?
I’m happy to upgrade to Pro or cover recovery cost if needed.
Thank you so much.

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:

Nevermind, my dumb fault. The NocoDB interface shows a "getting started" base by default but my data was hidden in another base I just had to navigate to it. I feel so dumb and wasted a lot of time on this and lost some data with the things I did. But I'll be ok probably will upgrade to pro for backups.

Hi there, sorry to hear that happened for you — yup highly recommend backups on Pro. You can create them on an automated schedule OR, in case you're about to do something risky create a manual backup for good measure.
