Database cannot connect. I saw a similar issue on a different thread (https://station.railway.com/questions/connection-failing-to-database-c952f7aa) so I tried to follow a tip provided on that thread (https://station.railway.com/questions/we-are-unable-to-connect-to-the-database-0f099290) but it did not work for me. When i try to connect with tableplus, i get "Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 0"
