Hello Railway support. I tried subscribing to the Hobby Plan with a Mastercard ending in 5425 and my account was charged $5, but your system shows "Prepaid cards can't be used." Please help activate my plan or refund the charge. Thank you!

It looks like you're already on the Hobby plan. You used another card (a Visa) and there were no charges to your MasterCard where the transaction failed.
