I have a domain on IONOS. I have my landing page on Railway. I created a CNAME record on IONOS to direct the Railway URL to my domain but on Railway the DNS is not detected yet. I am using "www" as the hostname value on IONOS.

You will need to map both www and @ if you're hosting a website on your root domain.
I would suggest using Cloudflare's DNS, as some providers do not support CNAME flattening.

Would that move it from Ionos to Cloudflare completely? Because we have other things connected there
