my deployed service is having an issue connecting to my smtp server what could be possibly the isseu?

Hello,
Outbound SMTP is only available on the Pro plan and above, while Free, Trial, and Hobby plans have SMTP disabled.
For sending emails from your application, please use a dedicated email service that provides HTTPS APIs. More information can be found in our documentation:

so to send mails directly from my code which is deployed i have to be in pro plan,? but why is it that locally its working fine? but when deployed and set everythign correctly its now not accepting to send mails

That is correct. We do not allow SMTP sending on the free, trial, or hobby plans; you must be on Pro.

though tthat seems kinda weird because why on local host its working

Why don’t you just use mailgun to send the emails. That way you can pretty much ensure you get them and they allow 100 emails or something a day for free.

becasue i dont plan to use mailgun in the future. I had already considered that and i actually have the configuration in my code but then ii prefer to look ahead because ill change from shared hosting to PVS as well

Ahh. Even so, email delivery and inboxing can be a real pain. Even if your on a VPS with your own IPs.
It can be really hit or miss, especially setting everything up properly. But I hear ya.
