Subject: SMTP Issue After Purchasing Hobby Plan
Hi Sir,
I purchased the Hobby Plan for my website and I am using Nodemailer to send emails. While I was on the free tier, everything was working fine and emails were being sent successfully.
However, after upgrading to the paid plan, I am now encountering an SMTP error. I am unable to create a Mailgun or SendGrid account, so I would really appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
- 🧵 Email delivery issues after upgrading to Pro plan - Gmail SMTP not working
- 🧵 Outbound SMTP blocked on my deployment — Network is unreachable (worked on free plan, fails on Hobby)
- 🧵 Outbound SMTP not working despite Pro plan upgrade
If you find the answer from one of these, please let us know by solving the thread!

Outbound SMTP is only available on the Pro plan and above, while Free, Trial, and Hobby plans have SMTP disabled.
For sending emails from your application, please use a dedicated email service that provides HTTPS APIs. More information can be found in our documentation here.
