URGENT DATA RECOVERY REQUEST

Issue: COMPLETE DATA LOSS after deployment/service issue
Dear Railway Support Team,
I am experiencing a critical emergency with my Telegram bot project. After a recent update or service interruption, ALL user data has been completely lost:
CRITICAL ISSUES:
- All user accounts reset to zero
- User referral counts completely lost
- Complete loss of user progress and statistics
- Database appears to be empty or reset
IMPACT:
- Active users have lost all their referrals
- User progress completely wiped
- This is affecting real users and their achievements
WHAT I'VE TRIED:
- Checked current deployment
- Verified environment variables
- No local backups available
URGENT REQUEST:
1. Please check for any available PostgreSQL backups
2. Need immediate database restoration from latest backup
3. Recover from system snapshots if available
4. Investigate what caused this data loss
This is extremely time-sensitive as users are actively losing their progress. Please prioritize this emergency recovery.

Hey, sorry to hear that but unfortunately Railway cannot provide any backup restoration. Unless you have a data backup stored elsewhere, your data has been lost.
From now on, I would recommend turning on the built-in backups feature from Railway (https://docs.railway.com/reference/backups) so that this doesn't happen in the future.
