Error Follow-Up: 10 Volume Limit Reached on Project

Hello Railway support team! I am reaching out to follow up on this request: https://station.railway.com/questions/error-10-volume-limit-reached-on-projec-e7df3666

I was told that "increasing limits of any kind is not something we can do on the Hobby plan". I have two follow-up questions:

  1. Is this something you guys could help me with if I upgrade to the Pro plan?

  2. I noticed this other thread got their limit rates increased (specifically for volumes) without any issue on Hobby plan (https://station.railway.com/questions/error-10-volumes-limit-reached-f87f058f). Can someone help us understand what's different from that case to ours?

Hope we can do something about it. This is currently blocking an important project for us. Thanks in advance!

Hey, generally speaking, the answer to the first question is usually yes. For the latter question, the user had the pro plan when the thread was active (they still have the pro plan role on the Discord server).

  1. Yes.

  2. They where Pro at the time of asking.

Thanks for the replies! Will do some refactors on my end to keep the projects within the limits. And when switching to the Pro plan (probably in a couple of weeks) will contact again to revisit the volume constraints
