Dear Railway Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am experiencing an issue while trying to upgrade my account to the Hobby plan. I entered my Mastercard details, but the system showed the following error message:

"Your card does not support this type of purchase."

However, when I checked my Mastercard transaction history, I noticed that multiple charges have already been made to:

"Railway USA San Francisco"
Specifically, $1 was charged five times (totaling $5), although I have not successfully upgraded my plan.

Could you please clarify why this happened and advise me on how to proceed?
Should I wait for a refund or retry the payment with a different method?

I would appreciate your prompt assistance.

Hello,

The $1 is a verification charge and will be automatically refunded in 5 - 10 business days. Trying another card is likely the best way to go forward as we do not support other payment methods.
