Hey, can you elaborate on what doesn't work?

It's supposed to trigger WhatsApp messages from Twilio when certain fields in my CRM are populated. It seems to work some of the time but not all the time, whereas it would work 100%

As you can see - it seems to try deploying multiple times. This is the only change I can see/think of that's causing it to sometimes not trigger messages

And now there is a deployed version but two more

You can see it's a recent thing getting multiple deployments

And if I click on either of the one's above the successful deployment, they both say 'Active'

Hey, can you show a video of this being the case, as in clicking on two different deployments in the activity tab with both being active?

Hey, I am not sure by what you mean, since what you have clicked on is the current deployment.

These three status updates in the activity tab corresponds to the same deployment, clicking on any of these will naturally lead to the exact same deployment that is currently active (as this is also your last deployment).

Why is there a successful deployment and two after - one saying 'building' and one 'deploying'.

This is not the behaviour I'm used to seeing an it's usually one that shows successful and no others. The issues I've been having have only started happening since this started

Hey, as mentioned, above, these correspond to the same deployment and are just status updates. Deployment created -> Deployment building -> Deployment deploying and after everything is done, Deployment created will be updated to Deployment successful. I'll ask internally regarding this potential confusing activity flow, but there shouldn't be multiple deployments in your case, as they all correspond to the same deployment.
