I delete my first project because my account works very slowly, but after I can't create new one despite of my subscription

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
- 🧵 Upgrade completed, but still seeing “Deployments are going slower than expected”
- 🧵 I can't create a project on GitHub
- 🧵 I can't access my directs project console or create one from scratch

Deployments for Hobby and below have been re-enabled and we are seeing all deploys succeed.
