We do not delete projects for missed billing. Someone from your team deleted the project, and the 48-hour grace period has since passed. That project is permanently deleted, and we have no way to recover it for you.

For privacy and security reasons, we can't share information about which specific user deleted a project. We also don't keep backups or snapshots of deleted projects after the 48-hour grace period. Once a project is deleted and the grace period has passed, it's permanently removed from our systems. If you have other team members in the workspace, I recommend checking with them directly.
