Hello,
I have paid for the Railway Pro plan and received the payment receipt by email, but my Railway account still shows as unpaid and I do not have access to the paid features.
Here are the payment details from my receipt:
- Invoice number: BQRMPVYR-0003
- Date paid: July 31, 2025
- Billing email:maxisfine25@gmail.com
- Account name: MaxCoin
- Amount paid: $18.79 (via Mastercard - 5489)
- Receipt number: 2481-0611
- Pro plan period: Jun 26 – Jul 26, 2025
- Description:
- Pro (per seat): $20.00
- Pro plan: $20.00
- Subtotal: $51.81
- Discounts and credits applied
- Total after discounts: $20.00
- Amount paid: $18.79 (after applied balance of $1.21)
I can provide the full PDF receipt if needed.
Issue: I have paid, but I still don’t have access to Pro features, and my dashboard shows as unpaid.
Could you please help resolve this and activate my Pro access?

Looks like you cancelled immediately after upgrading by accident. I went ahead and refunded you the difference.
