Hy, i never deploy mi proyect, and still de payment was charger to mi credit card last month, i ask for the refound and was confimed that it was going to be, but this month i see that the payment was charged again to mi credit card, i need the refound of the money allready charged and not to be charged again in the future please.

ok, it dont let me ask for refund, i want to take down the auto charge on the credit card, to prevent future charges on it, how can i do that?

If you aren't able to request a refund, then the invoice would not be eligible for a refund.
