Payment got deducted but still showing unpaid

Dear Railway Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with invoice #282CE1AA-0009 for the amount of $15.

I have already completed the payment via my credit card (MasterCard ending in 3140) and received confirmation of the bank transaction:

  • Transaction Number: MT252600076000010026405

  • Amount: $15

However, when I log into my Railway account, the invoice is still marked as "Unpaid", and I see an error message stating:

"Your card was declined. Please pay your invoice to avoid disconnection of services."

Please investigate this discrepancy and update the invoice status ASAP as all my services are currently stopped.
