After upgrading the PostgreSQL database to 80GB, a crash occurred during deployment. I’m currently on the Pro plan, and it would be a disaster if the data gets deleted. How can I resolve this issue?

Can you check your logs to see why the crash occurred? Is there any specific error message showing up that you can share? You can see more about reviewing your services logs here - https://docs.railway.com/guides/logs

Do you have any backups of your database in case if there was any corruption? Were you able to bring the PostgreSQL service back online or is stuck in a crash loop?

I increased the volume while the database was running.

When the change didn’t seem to take effect, I thought, “Huh? That’s strange,” and tried increasing the volume again.

I didn’t create a backup, and it’s currently stuck in a crash loop.

I can’t copy and paste the contents of the logs into the reply.

I couldn’t copy the contents, so I uploaded them as an attachment.

Your database is not in a good state. Please create a backup before proceeding.
