I'm seeing the same. My deployment is triggered by a push to github: I see "Intializing" and "Waiting for build to start". So far 3:41 on "taking a snapshot of the code".

Same issue here. My deployments have been "initializing" for 10 minutes

The same thing happened to me, I have 4 builds taking a very long time
