Hello,
After stuggling for a few days to understand the issue I came across the block made by railway to the SMTP ports. So I upgraded to the PRO plan since I needed a quick solution. Using the APIs as suggested would have involved rework at our end. However, we are still experiencing the same issue can you confirm if we are still being blocked?

Thank you! that did the trick. I just want to mentioned probably what everyone else said in other threads. This was a big deal for us. We are just starting with this project and we had a function for potential customers that are interested in our services can get in touch with us and this ocurr the same week we launch in linkedin. So we do not know really the impact it had...
