Staging Environment MySQL Tables Disappearing

Overnight there are tables that had data at some point go empty. Now those tables have no data. I am on hobby, which doesn't have backups but I don't expect this is a issue that should be resolved via backups - tables shouldn't go empty. So what is going on?
