I think railway doesn't support handshake domains for couple of easy reasons
1. it's not possible to generate SSL certificates for HNS domains and HTTPS:// protocol is not available for these TLDs : https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/lets-encrypt-for-handshake-domains/159544
2. handshake domains cannot be resolved via regular web browsers without additional setup

The reason it doesn't work and you are getting that error is because it's a handshake domain.
Try it with a regular domain.

what is a handshake domain? did you tried to say to google or facebook to use another domain?

.ez is a handshake domain. This is not your traditional .com/.net/.xyz kind of domain.
