Unable to pay bill and upgrade plan

My Hobby plan was downgraded to free plan due to unpaid invoice (late for 10 days). It's hard to get dollar cards in some parts of the world. Now I've gotten a way to pay but if I pay $5, I have to pay another $5 again to upgrade back to hobby plan. Is there a way I could clear the bill and continue on the old plan without having to pay double?

Plan was set to renew on 2nd and I got downgraded on the 11th, can I pay and get reinstated back to the billing cycle so that I continue renewing on the 2nd? It happened once I had to pay double, so I wanna ask
