Update public domain on a live deployment

I already have a deployment with the domain app.qaflah.com but want to shift it to qaflah.com (the main url)

Can I just add another custom domain and configure it to point to the IP via cloudflare or any other steps needed?

Can I keep both the old and new urls (app.qaflah.com and qaflah.com) ?

You should only be adding CNAME records in your DNS provider.

And yes, you can keep both old and new URLs. No other steps are needed other than adding CNAME records for the new domain.
