Hello Railway Support,
I’m experiencing a payment issue with my Hobby plan. This is the third time I’ve paid for the plan, but my account remains blocked.
Please treat this as urgent, as my services are currently blocked and I need to restore access as soon as possible.

Date of payment: Aug 8th 2025
Amount charged: $5 USD
Invoice number:
056E922C-0003Email associated with my Railway account: javirambar@gmail.com
In my Railway Billing dashboard, the latest invoice shows as $0 and unpaid, but my bank statement confirms that the amount was charged. I have attached:
A screenshot of my bank statement showing the charge.
The invoice PDF I received indicating the $5 charge.
A screenshot of the Billing page showing $0 on the invoice.
Could you please check this payment on your side, particularly in Stripe, to confirm the transaction ID and apply it to my account?

We have all these payments, but we also have you cancelling your Hobby plan on August 7th.
