Why my Current Usage cost rises even if there is no changes currently? And it actually got lower during my last changes on the project.

Hi,
This is entirely dependent on what you have deployed. I recommend checking out your resource usage under https://railway.app/account/usage and looking at projects consuming high resources, and troubleshoot why it's doing so.
It's hard for us to assist with figuring out why your estimated bill may be higher than normal - it's out of our control, and akin to asking a utilities company "why is my water bill high". We only know how much resources you consume, we don't know why.
If you'd like to control your spending on Railway, I highly suggest enabling Usage Limits (https://docs.railway.app/reference/usage-limits).
