I have a due billing of $15 in the hobby plan, i have paid it. Later, I converted the hobby plan to pro plan, now it's asking me to pay the extra $18 even I have paid all the dues, bills and invoices. my question is, why should i pay the extra without using the pro plans?

Hey there,
When you switch from the Hobby plan to the Pro plan, the billing structure changes. The Pro plan comes with a $20 monthly subscription fee, which includes $20 of resource usage. This means you'll be billed for the difference in subscription costs when you upgrade mid-cycle. If you had already paid for the Hobby plan and switched to the Pro plan, there would be an additional cost to cover the new plan's higher subscription fee.
